We are committed to processing and delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our guidelines below.
📦 Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Please note that order processing and shipping are two separate steps:
- Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it takes 1 to 3 business days for our team to fully process, quality-check, and pack your items before they are handed over to our logistics partners. (During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer).
- Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our warehouse to your doorstep after it has been dispatched.

(Please note: Shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays.)
- USA: 7 to 16 business days (Fully Tracked)
- Rest of the World: 5 to 20 business days (Tracking availability varies by destination)
🛑 Cancellations & Order Changes
We process orders extremely quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at support@lastopdeals.com within 30 minutes of placing the order.
*Once an order has been processed and forwarded to our fulfillment center, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it or modify the address.
🛃 Customs, Duties & Unclaimed Packages
- Customs & Duties: For international orders, any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency for more information.
- Unclaimed Orders: We kindly ask you to double-check your shipping address at checkout. LASTOP DEALS cannot be held responsible for packages returned due to incorrect/insufficient addresses, or if a package is refused or left unclaimed.
❄️ Unexpected Delays & Holidays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, international shipping can occasionally be delayed by factors out of our control (such as customs inspections or severe weather). During major holiday seasons (October to December) or big promotional events, high shipping volumes may cause slight delays.
If your package has no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days, please reach out to us, and we will gladly arrange a replacement.
